The challenge
The front desk took 300+ calls a day, half of them asking 'Is my report ready?'. Home-collection bookings were written in a diary and patients waited at the counter just to collect printouts.
What we built
A WhatsApp Business API flow books tests and home collections in Hindi or English, sends payment links and delivers signed PDF reports the moment the pathologist approves them. A small booking app and an optimised Google profile brought in new patients.
